"Creating the Zone"

All of us possess the tools to perform physical and mental functions at relatively high levels. Usually, when we are in a relaxed, stress free state, we do function at a consistently high quality of performance. When we don't perform well, we can look to two areas: lack of preparation and stress. Preparation is vitally important to quality performance. We deal with preparation in our program "Training Optimization" and it is addressed in this program as well. Stress, nerves or fear, turn quality performances into sub par or worse efforts for people every day. This happens to everyone. The "Zone" refers to a state of mind during a performance, customarily athletic, when all aspects of the performance are operating in synchronization resulting in a performance of an extremely high caliber. Typically the "Zone" is considered something that comes and goes with the slightest twist of fate or luck. The Personal Performance Skill program, "Creating the Zone" is designed to clarify what the "Zone" actually is and how it is produced. Once the trainee begins to understand these points, they will be able to proceed toward applying the "Zone" to any type of performance that they wish. Physical activity is the easiest area to understand this process from and will be used extensively for this purpose. Mental activity - speaking is included in this area - is more complicated and will be addressed in various forms to allow the trainees to have every opportunity to manifest the "Zone" in this manner also. The overall goal of this training is to give the trainee the tools needed to understand and apply the highest level of performance to each and every performance they do regardless of the level of stress under which they are operating. The Personal Performance Skill program "Creating the Zone" permeates every program that TAPCOM presents. This elevates our training programs beyond the typical "do's & don'ts" and delivers a higher quality result for all of our skill based programs. As with each of TAPCOM's trainings, the longer programs are designed for greater individual gain and depth of knowledge.

Coaching:
A personalized program for 1-5 people that runs a minimum of 5 sessions with each session lasting a minimum of 3 hours. This includes all of the items above and is designed for intense personal skill building. ItÕs the way human beings work! TAPCOM
